  9. You are free to distribute this shareware version of WinJPEG as long as the
  10. following conditions are met:
  11.   1) the distributed arhive must contain ONLY the files listed above
  12.   2) the contents of this archive are NOT MODIFIED in any way
  13.   3) this version is not to be sold.  However, a reasonable disk copying fee
  14.      is permitted.

  17. NOTE!:  The executables and the options file(if any) must be in the work
  18. directory in order for WinJPEG to work properly.  If you get the error message
  19. "Invalid work directory." when you run the program, you must change the work
  20. directory to the directory that contains winjpeg.exe and winjpegv.exe.  For
  21. example, if you are using Windows 3.1, you must click on the WinJPEG icon,
  22. select Properties under the File menu item, and change the Working Directory.
